Sous-chef Paul Dokmanovic is coming to the Modern Cafe the first week of August.
Chef Paul comes to us from the Three Ravens Restaurant & Wine Bar in Banff, Alberta.
In January 2008 he was named Best in Canada at IACC’s Copper Skillet Competition.

New Menu & Renovations
The Modern Cafe is currently revising its menu and is also redesigning our interior to serve you better. We expect no interruptions to our services while we renovate.
