Our Coffee

In the quest for quality, Modern Cafe looked locally for a coffee producer to create unique, high quality blends that we could serve to our customers. We chose a local roaster who is committed to seek out the best fair trade shade grown organic coffee beans available from around the world. They do their best to get green beans from world renowned estates paying particular attention to fair trade practices and organic bird friendly cultivation. Through well controlled small batch roasting, our specially selected green beans are then prepared with extraordinary care and attention to detail. Each small batch has been carefully roasted to maximize the flavour, body, and aroma of our proprietary blend and we use only the freshest roast at our cafe to ensure our customers receive the highest quality possible.
